This project was launched at the beginning of 2021 and involved the construction of a building comprising 24 apartments, including 13 HM units and 21 LGZD units, as well as 5 commercial arcades. Pilet & Renaud’s property management department was commissioned to market these apartments and offer them to future tenants: advertisements in newspapers, promotion on our website, virtual tours... we implemented everything necessary to rent out these apartments as quickly as possible. And it was a success!
